Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect mails from one email box to another, set up email filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming emails based on specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just select the electronic mail account you wish to redirect email messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
